Welcome to The MILL Co-Op<\/h2>\n

The MILL Co-Op is a collaborative and community-led teacher innovation learning workspace<\/strong> that centers cooperative pedagogy around STEAM education. <\/span><\/p>\n

Equipped with a wide range of tools and technologies, The MILL offers educators a space to explore new concepts, experiment with equipment, and engage in hands-on professional development. The space supports everything from creating classroom assets and repairing materials to skill-sharing, <\/span>Open Education Resource <\/span><\/a>(OER) development, and peer-led learning.<\/span><\/p>\n

The MILL operates through a cooperative model\u2014members share responsibility for keeping the space active, safe, and welcoming. In lieu of fees, members contribute service hours each term by hosting workshops, supervising open hours, creating open-source resources, or supporting new members. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Curriculum, files, and projects created with MILL tools must be shared as open-source educator resources.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
