AWSEM Clubs are designed to nurture girls’ interest in STEM by providing a program of hands-on activities paired with positive adult women STEM role models. The goal of the clubs is to introduce girls to STEM career fields in which women are traditionally underrepresented.
Roll up your sleeves and join their all-ages, family-friendly Makers Club at the Corvallis-Benton County library. Go hi-tech with virtual reality, 3D printing and programming. Get lo-tech with arts and crafts. Experiment with circuits, robots, and construction.
As an effort to support Oregon families and teachers sheltering in place during this COVID-19 pandemic, OSU Precollege Programs will continue to share links to educational resources. They are continuously compiling a list of free learning resources from various educational sources to support youth K-12 activities at home and continued learning.

Team 957 SWARM is the merger of South (Team 1130) and West (Team 957) Albany, two high schools that have decided to put aside their rivalry and join forces in order to create one amazing robotics team. The overarching goal is to provide each student with a positive experience as member of a development team focused on using science, technology, engineering, and mathematics to build a robot for FIRST competition.
