Meet Robin Maxkii, storyteller and advocate.

Robin is an Indigenous American who is using her voice to advocate for education, representation, and access to technology for Indigenous American communities. She’s known for having taught herself to code as a young person and directing the first-ever American Indian Collegiate Hackathon. Now she is telling stories that bring awareness to the underserved communities of Indigenous people in the United States.

In this episode, not only do we talk about diversity in STEM, but also address equity and inclusion. We discuss tribal colleges, how many Americans are concerned with high-speed 5G internet connections at home while some Indigenous communities just recently received internet access for the first time, and much more.
