Project-Based Learning: Tornado in a Jar

This project is fun, fast, and affordable.

Making a tornado in a jar is a great opportunity to teach natural science topics like weather, gravity, and more. This project was taken from the book, “Mason Jar Science”, by Jonathan Adolf which can be found in our STEM Book List. The project is accompanied by a worksheet to aid in student’s critical thinking skills as well as a tutorial video, both of which you can find below.
