TAP TALK: ADVENTURE TALES FROM THE OCEAN’S DEPTHS
Join 500 Women Scientists Corvallis and Block 15 Brewing Company for a presentation on how the ghosts of our climate past inform our climate future. Dr. Jennifer Fehrenbacher is a biogeochemist and an Assistant Professor of Oceanography at Oregon State University. She will discuss how microscopic marine fossils record past ocean conditions, ways they are used to understand the effect of modern climate change on the future of our oceans, and what we can do to improve the outcome.
